------We use brand ASSYST BULLMER computer cutting machine, which is made in Germany to cut our material. This promises every cutting piece is accurate. All patterns are created using the latest CAD technology, which assure the finished product has accurate size and fit precisely.

------We have about 200 walking foot and double needle sewing machines. Most of them are German best brand DURKOPP ADLER and Japanese JUKI brand. Best Quality machines assure best quality products and production efficiency.

Over 200 experienced technicians and workers. Every worker is trained for 3 month, before he becomes an operator. All operators have to be skilled and have full knowledge of quality. Anyone involved in the production has the obligation to reject any component at any time for quality concerns.

A very strong inspector & QC team. From the first inspection of material through the production line inspection and final inspection of the completed product, each product is examined no less than six times by our inspectors, to assure the quality is perfect.
