It covers an area of 250,000 square feet with more than 200 technicians and workers. It is ISO 9001 System qualified, and has been manufacturing OEM and aftermarket automotive exteriors for more than 10 years.

Product lines include fiberglass tonneau cover and soft vinyl tonneau cover. Our annual capacity reaches 30,000 pcs fiberglass tonneau covers and 100,000 pcs soft tonneau covers.

All operators have to be skilled and have full knowledge of quality. Anyone involved in the production has the obligation to reject any component at anytime for quality concerns.

Sunwood has a very strong inspector and QC team. From the first inspection of material through the production line inspection and final inspection of the complete product, each product is examined more than ten times by inspectors to assure the quality is perfect.
